iTop ("iTop", "we", or "us") is the owner of the website itopvpn.com and its sub websites ("the Sites", "the websites", or “our websites”), the software or applications, and any accompanying services offered by us (collectively referred herein as "the Services"). Your privacy is extremely important to us and we are committed to protecting your privacy all the time.
What Information We Collect

We may use the information we receive to verify your subscription, to contact you about the status of your order, for renewal of your subscription, if applicable.
We have agreements with all the third-party service providers that they will not use personal information of our users for their own marketing purposes, and will not share this information with other parties.
Use of Social Networks
If you choose to ‘share’ iTop products with friends through Facebook, Twitter or other social networks, you might be sent cookies from these websites. We don’t control the setting of these cookies, so please check those websites for more information about their cookies and how to manage them.
Customer Service and Technical Service
We may collect or ask you to provide necessary information when you reach us by email or by requesting online support.
This information may include, without limitation, your name, your email address, your order reference, how you use our service, your computer or device information such as hardware and system version, crash logs, etc. In general, we collect no more information than is required in order to investigate the issue you encounter. We will only use such information to provide customer service and/or trouble shoot the technical problem you are experiencing.
We may collect some non-personal information which aims to validate your registration and to know how you use our software or services. The information may include operating system, device ID, Internet protocol addresses, browser type, browser language, referring/exit pages, clickstream data of our websites and our products or services, and the pages or features of our software or services accessed by you and the time spent there.

iTop Inc. does not share or disclose your personal information to any third parties with two exceptions as below:
Third-Party Service Providers
We may hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings, providing customer support, hosting websites, processing transactions, or performing statistical analysis of our services. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
In the event we are served with valid subpoenas, warrants, or other legal documents (for example, documents concerning the sale of all or part of our business), or where applicable law compels us to comply, or when we are required to defend the rights or property of the iTop Inc., including the security of our products and services, and the personal safety, property, or other rights of our customers and employees, or a request for data with the purpose of identifying and/or preventing credit card fraud, we may share your personal data as collected above.
Security and Confidentiality
We use industry-standard information, security tools, and measures, as well as internal procedures and strict guidelines to prevent information misuse and data leakage. Our employees are subject to confidentiality obligations. We use measures and procedures that substantially reduce the risks of data misuse, but we cannot guarantee that our systems will be absolutely safe. If you become aware of any potential data breach or security vulnerability, you are requested to contact us immediately. We will use all measures to investigate the incident, including preventive measures, as required.
Information Warranty Disclaimer
Notwithstanding anything else in this Policy, we are not responsible for the accuracy, correctness, and security of any of the information we gather, store, and disclose to you or to anyone else.
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
If you live within the United States, the terms of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. If you live outside of the United States, the terms of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
